When can I expect my delivery?

We ship out your pack on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month. This helps with making sure the package arrives within the week rather than getting pushed out over the weekend. Normally it take 2-3 business days to arrive.

What if my pack arrives late and is no longer good to eat?

No problem! Sometimes shipping carriers take longer than expected. Contact us if this happens and we will look into the situation and we'd be happy to refund you.

How is the beef prepared for shipping?

The beef is flash frozen and placed in coolers with ice packs.
